I lead Good2Go’s marketing communication strategy to bring its automated mobile access and virtual queuing solutions for customer-facing restrooms, fitting rooms, and locked merchandise.

Accomplishments

  • Increased website traffic from 27 to 700 avg. monthly users and grew social media following by 147% in first six months via website UX and UI optimization and content strategy implementation driven by buyer personas and targeted keywords.

  • Secured two earned media features as Best Mobile Solution for the 2023 Automation & Self-Service Awards and finalist for Startup of the Year at the 2023 RTIH Innovation Awards

  • Registered 175 attendees for company’s first webinar through organic and paid promotion on LinkedIn.

  • Hosted a focus group of 25 people with the product team to pressure test current product offering and used surveys and interview to make data-driven updates for new software release.

  • Launched website blog and wrote six blog posts that have cumulated 915 views in first six months and brought in 55+ marketing qualified leads to sales.
